Question A skill template issue

I have two accts, I play different character classes on each (yeah due to the "there will never be more slots" comments way back when) *sighes*

The problem is my 2nd acct's skill template is showing the saved templates from my first acct... and the saved templates for my second acct have poofed... (meaning totally replaced by my 1st accts templates)

I seriously dont think my Mes is ever going to put on my rangers running shoes...

No, I have not submitted a support ticket. So many ppl have more serious concerns for support... Posting here was my first choice, wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.

How in the world could these 2 seperate accts be linked like this?

Templates are saved on your side, rather then Anet's servers. So you may have two accounts, but I'm guessing you are running both from the same client. Thats why all your templates are saved to the same place in your GW directory. Simple solution is to create 2 separate folders within the template folder and separate your saved builds there.

Just to add to this make sure you back-up your Builds template folder before you do a HDD wipe to re-install OS, I found out the hard way, 40+ builds went POOF

How odd! Wouldn't that require your skill templates to be named the same thing in order to overwrite it? Name conventions work nicely. Or are you saying no matter what you named the templates, it simply overwrote the other accounts templates? That would suck! Support may not be up to snuff, but they do need to know.
